Our aim is straightforward: to offer you precise and informative responses to any questions you might have regarding our wedding video editing services. We strive to ensure that your experience with Wedding92 is smooth and pleasant from your first contact to the point when you receive your edited wedding video.

How do I send you my video footage?

You can send us your video footage via file transfer services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer and more.

How long does video editing take?

14 days to 4 weeks. The time starts as soon as we’ve downloaded the footage of a particular wedding and until we upload the first cut for your review. (We do ask for a 3 – 4 day buffer time to download the footage and get familiar with your content)

Can you recreate my style?

Yes. Before starting we always ask you to fill out a brief form and show some examples of your previous videos to better understand your style.

We usually come very close to the style on our first try. Once we got your style and established a partnership. It should go smoothly.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept various file formats such as MP4, MOV, AVI, and more. Please contact us if you have any specific format requirements.

Can you edit videos in different languages?

Yes, we can edit videos in different languages.

What software do you use?

We work in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve and deliver both rendered video and project files in the end.

Do you offer video color grading services?

Yes, we offer video color grading services to enhance the overall look and feel of the video.

Can you edit videos shot on different cameras?

Yes, we can edit videos shot on different cameras. Please provide us with the necessary footage.

Can you add music to my video?

Yes, we can add royalty-free music to your video to enhance the overall quality of the video.

Can you edit videos for social media platforms?

Yes, we can edit videos for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

What are the terms of payment?

We will start the project after an advance payment of 50% is made, and the remaining after the final delivery of the video. We use PayPal and Stripe to process all payments.

What's the difference between Highlight, Long Highlight and Full Documentary ?

Highlights don’t include any audio from the ceremony, vows or speeches.

Long Highlights include bits and pieces from the ceremony, vows, and speeches.

Full Documentary includes the whole ceremony, vows, speeches, and dances.

Can you clean the audio from a video?

Yes. We can enhance and perfect your audio recordings using the cutting-edge technology of our partner patented system AudioLift.

Can I hire you to edit multiple projects?

Yes, the majority of studios we collaborate with entrust us with numerous projects each year. Some opt to forward occasional edits during peak times, overwhelming periods, or when they prefer not to handle a specific wedding edit.

Some clients delegate 100% of their projects to us, relinquishing in-house editing responsibilities to concentrate on other aspects of their business or personal life.

Finally, there are those who assign the bulk of their projects to us, though not the entire 100%. They do so to streamline their workflow, offer quicker delivery to clients, and expand their business.

What type of data security and privacy do you offer?

Rest assured that your data and personal privacy are safeguarded in our hands. The collaboration between your studio and ours is treated with utmost confidentiality. Your footage is exclusively used for editing purposes and is not utilized for any promotional activities on our end.

It’s important to note that we do not function as a data backup service. Additionally, upon receiving your files, we do not offer a guaranteed off-site backup. We strongly recommend maintaining copies of your clients’ data on multiple hard drives at various locations. While having your data is beneficial for us, it should not be solely relied upon.
